After fourteen years in the information technology industry, I took a risk...decided to change careers and finally follow my passion to cook! I did what most cooks do. I went to culinary school, got my first job cooking and never looked back.
I have cooked in a high volume kitchen at Japonais, worked as a Sous Chef for the Chicago Golf Club, and managed the kitchen at Whole Foods. These experiences have helped me prepare for the next chapter in my culinary career as a personal chef. Elevate Food was born with the idea of helping people understand the joy of cooking and the idea of using simple high quality ingredients to create amazing dishes.
